薄膜硬度是指在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試條件下獲得的顯微維氏硬度。

Thermal stability refers to the tolerance of the maximum temperature of coating under normal conditions.
涂層顏色為基準(zhǔn)色， 因產(chǎn)品形狀以及工藝不同存在輕微偏差。
